[Story] Kareen & Leena Hang Out~!

* At Leena’s House *

Kareen: That was so cool!

Kareen: It was even better than the last one!

Leena: Heh heh, and s-she’s always so brave even in the face of all those aliens.

Kareen: EEI! I can’t wait for the next one.

Kareen: And those booty shots!

Kareen: They’re so great, he he he!

Leena: I read online that the director for the last few Space Warrior movies used to film adult movies.

Kareen: Hmm…

Kareen nodded with approval as she thoughtfully stroked her chin.

Kareen: They certainly know their booty shots.

Leena: Y-yeah.

Leena: What would you like to do now?

The girls just finished watching several Space Warrior movies back to back.

Kareen: I don’t know.

Leena: OH! I know!

Leena: We could try on some of my costumes!?

Kareen: EEI!! YEAH!!!
Kareen: LET’S DO THAT!

Leena led her into her bedroom, sliding open the wardrobe revealing a large array of different costumes and dresses.

Kareen: WOW! There are so many costumes!

Leena: *blush* I-I-I guess so.

Leena: Which ones do you want to try on first?

Kareen: He he he, this one!

They both quickly stripped out of their clothes and started trying on costumes.

With each one they wore, they jumped into character, playfully acting out scenes and repeating lines they heard from movies and shows, all afternoon.

- Later that Afternoon -

Kareen: OH! What’s this one?

Kareen dug into the furthest corner of the wardrobe, grabbing one of the hangers, and yanking it out.

She held it up to her nose as she turned to show Leena.

Leena: …!

Leena: It’s my old maid costume. It was the first costume I ever made.

Leena held the bottom corners of the dress, looking fondly at it.

Kareen: He he he, you made a maid costume?

Kareen: It’s so cute!

Leena: It feels like such a long time ago now.

Leena: But I remember being so nervous when I wore this at my first convention.

Kareen: It has such a poofy frilly skirt.

She wiggled back and forth letting the skirt sway about.

Leena: I thought people were going to laugh when they saw me.

Kareen: They better not have.

She pouted in anticipation.

Leena: Heh heh, they didn’t.

Leena: But I was really afraid to go.

Kareen: Did you end up going?

Leena: I-I did.

Leena: A friend of mine encouraged me to go.

Leena: They said, “You’re a maid now, so you better act like one.”

Leena: It helped me realize if I was going to cosplay, I-I should take it seriously so I can be the best maid I could be.

Kareen was holding the dress up against her chest, inspecting how she looked in the mirror.

Kareen: I bet you looked SOOOO cute in this!

Leena: *blush* Heh heh, i-it was a lot of fun.

A bright smile filled her face as she began to remember her first cosplay experience.

Leena: I went around the convention dusting tables and greeting people. They were all so excited to see my new costume.

Leena: There were also a lot of photographers there too, they took a lot of photos of me and gave me a lot of tips on how to do a more authentic maid pose.

Leena: Oh yeah! And I also helped a few of the comic artists with carrying their books and things for their display tables and stuff.

Leena: They didn’t pay me, but they did give me a copy of their fan comics of all the different shows I liked.

Kareen: He he, that sounds kind of fun.

Leena: It was, I met a lot of nice people.

Leena: I still talk to them online, and some even go to Oat Pi.

Kareen: …Did you do anything naughty?

Leena: A little.

She snapped out of her nostalgia, quickly realizing what she was admitting.

Kareen: He he he!

Leena: I-I-I MEAN… I…

Leena: It w-w-was all in good fun y-you know…

Leena: ‘Cause a maid needs a master A-A-AND I-IT’S N-N-NORMAL TO DO THINGS L-L-LIKE THAT!

Kareen continued to snicker, as she slipped on the maid costume struggling to do up the buttons on the back of the dress.

Kareen: I… I can’t reach the back.

Leena’s face was beet red, as she embarrassingly walked up behind Kareen to help her button up.

Leena: There, you’re all done up.

Kareen: WEEeeeee! Now I look super cute! He he he!

Leena: Wow Kareen! It suits you so well!

Kareen merrily swayed back and forth, letting the skirt wave and dance about in the mirror.

Leena: Heh heh, y-you can have it i-if you like it?

Kareen: What?! Really?

Kareen: W-what about you? This is your first costume!

Leena: I-it’s ok.

Leena: It would only be sitting in my wardrobe gathering dust.

Leena: And besides, i-it looks r-really cute on you and y-you can start your own costume collection.

Kareen: EEI! That sounds like a great idea!

She danced around with excitement, letting the skirt fly about with the motion of her hips.

Kareen: He he he. Hey? Do you think if I wear this without panties Bill will like it?

She lifted her skirt, causing Leena’s face to explode in a bright red flash.

Leena: I-I-I…!

Leena: W-WHY DID YOU TAKE YOUR PANTIES OFF?!

Kareen: He he he. You always get so embarrassed.

Kareen: How can you be so embarrassed especially when you’re wearing such a sexy bodysuit as Nara.

Leena: T-that’s different!

She pressed her hands on her face, almost as if to try and wipe the embarrassed look away.

Leena: Nara…

Leena: Nara’s brave. I-I have to be brave like her!

Leena: O-otherwise I’m not being true to her character…

Kareen: Oh…

She lowered her skirt, requiring her hands to think about it.

Kareen: I guess that makes sense.

Kareen: That explains why you’re such a good Nara cosplayer. He he he.

Leena: I remember when I was little there was a Space Warrior tv show I used to watch with my friends.

Leena: She was so cool. I remember really wanting to be like her, but my friends would always laugh at me when I tried to.

Kareen: Your friends sounded like jerks.

Leena: I-I… y-yeah… I never saw them again once I left high school…

Leena: Did you ever watch the TV show when you were little?

Kareen: No, I don’t think so.

Kareen: I didn’t really have friends to watch TV shows with.

Leena: O-OH… I-I’m sorry.

Kareen: Everyone thought my mom was weird.

Leena: Thelareen? Heh heh, yeah. She is kind of weird… …and tall.

Kareen: No not her. My other mom.

Leena: Y-your othe-r uhh…?

Leena was a little unsure how to interpret what Kareen was talking about.

Leena: W-w-what about your dad?

Kareen: I didn’t have a Dad.

Kareen: Mom, said he came and went.

Leena: I… uhhh…

Kareen: What’s the matter?

Leena: I-I…

She decided not to pry.

Leena: I’m fine.

Leena: I-I was just thinking we should watch the Space Warrior TV shows together sometime.

Kareen: OH! That would be great!

Leena: We can do it like a sleepover marathon, and watch them all night!

Kareen: EEI! That sounds exciting!

Kareen: And we could invite everybody else over too?!

Leena: Yeah!

Kareen: OH! And everyone should dress up when they get here!?

Leena: YEAH! That would be great!

Kareen jumped on Leena, squeezing her tightly.

Kareen: It’s going to be so great!

Leena: I-I-I uhh… *blush*

For the rest of the day, the girls rewatched one last Space Warrior movie, examining the booty shots while they planned the sleepover.

I hope you enjoyed that little story with Kareen and Leena. I had a little bit of trouble writing this one trying to not make it too girl talky, so I’m happy with how it turned out, especially since we don’t often get to talk about our character's background. It was a lot of fun!
