[Art] Bill's Chibi Form #1~!!!

This weekend I’ve been working on Bill’s cute Chibi 3D form, using Buka Chan’s redesigned concept art.
It’s still a work in progress, but he’s looking cute so far.
Buka and I will be working out his textures once I’ve finished modeling his hair, which needs to be merged together and re-modeled as one whole piece (it takes a long time). Then I can set him up to be animated and running around in-game, which is super exciting!
