A single take 3 minutes long, 9 actors 11 interactions, and dozens of extras. A single mistake and they have to do it all again, Then it cuts to Buffy, trying to eat spaghetti from the can and failing. A portrait of depression. At the end Buffy realizes she can't walk away from being the Slayer because that would mean turning her back on people in need. And that's not who she is.

2025-01-03 01:39:35 +0000 UTCSeason 3 is perfection! The intro is more polished than seasons 1 & 2 as well. You're better off never looking at the titles/credits at the beginning of the episodes btw- there are always spoilers for guest stars.

It's also the reason I became a server, if it's good enough for Buffy it's good enough for me! 😄🍔🍟🥗

This season is a banger, in comparison to the rest of the eps it starts off slower so if you are already having fun now, that's great. It's gonna really start to ramp up around 3/4. The fight choreo goes CRAZYYYY this season.

However, she appears to be taking knowledge of the supernatural as a reality pretty well, considering that she's decided to stay there and make a life for herself.

2025-01-02 09:07:41 +0000 UTCThe production budget goes way up this year and you can both hear and see the difference. Yes, they re-recorded the intro music. Also these episodes are now being shot on 35mm film instead of the 16mm film the first two seasons were shot on, so image quality is better. The fight choreography is also improved.
