The guilt he feels for what he did to Claudia, his family rejecting him in THE WORST WAYS after everything he's done for them, that political bs he has to deal with in Storyville. Then add Lestat and his drama to the mix with their living quarters in disarray like that? It's entirely too much! At the very least and if nothing else, I hope someone cleans up that mess for the next episode!

Will complete comment after video holy shit poor Daviddd 🫂, i could see u almost too stunned to speak/react, trying to distract urself from that slowly creeping up jumpscare of a horrorshow. i had to pause it and rewind it 100 times and focus on my breathing just to get through it the first time. I always think it must be hard not being able to pause much on a real-time reaction vid, esp knowing everybody's watching u too. But yayyy you survived!! 👏🏽🙌🏽🥰 Yeah this episode is darksided, but very pivotal. 💜 hope you're okay and took enough time to yourself to unwind from it. You're so right, the graveyard scene w his sister was sooo depressing. Is it weird that this is like my comfort show though? 😅 these crazy vamps feel like my own family, i swear. when they're happy i'm happy, when i need to work through some IRL trauma, i fixate on their trauma instead, you know how it goes😂. It's criminal how real all these characters feel and how easy it is to empathize with all of them. Poor Louis and Claudia though. I get why Lestat is mad, horny, and feeling rejected and unloved (though, like you, i was like where the hell this coming from, Ms. Crawford, this man is obsessed w u and feels shame about it, that's kind of his whole thing! maybe help him work through that first and getcha daughter taken care of, for one!), but Louis is like 15 years deep in a rat-riddled eating disorder and debilitating depression spiked with Catholic guilt and familial estrangement, and Claudia is in a Saw trap. There needs to be an intervention for everyone, and Lestat acting like Mommy Dearest about it isn't helping his neglected dick!! 😭💀
