Added 2023-01-26 16:00:03 +0000 UTCHad to ditch the background, converting this to a usual character one shot. Will compensate this by adding a couple more variations in the dressing sequence.
Also, Ortega's signature death-stare in pain in the ass to draw, but I think I got it relatively right.
