Violet vs Dummy is Out!

Hi Patrons!

Happy to share with you guys the final animation that premiered a couple days ago. We're all very happy with the response so far and we hope that the first Gildedguy Tale is enjoyable to you.

Hundreds of viewers tuned into the live premiere on Saturday, and we ran several teasers and trailers from the community. We even had Rebonkulous and Voroxzii on call to talk about the animation and the thinking that went into it!

The GildedGala (which ran from Dec 20th - 21st) was a technical success, with a relatively smooth experience for most of our players. We did encounter some game crashes and poorly formatted UI, but there were no catastrophic errors that completely ruined the event. I'm very glad players were able to experience everything the game had to offer, and I've already catalogued a bunch of your feedback to improve the next one.

We did not raise enough money to completely pay for the labor costs of the event though, so I'll have to keep that in mind for when I determine how much time to invest in Gala 3.0.

Many of you patrons have already spotted your cameos in the crowd - I'll be working on getting the cameo guide done in a week or so. We'll also be publishing all the cameo assets in HD (and maybe even a 3D fly through of the dummy tent itself).

Now that the animation's out, we'll also have tons of concept art and behind the scenes to post here on Patreon once the new year arrives.

Myself and the Mrs will be taking the holidays off until January to visit family and stuff. During that time I'll meditate on what the next project will be and will report back to yall as soon as possible.
