Invincibility Knight - New WIP Details + Twitch Contest!
Added 2017-02-17 20:33:40 +0000 UTCAbout a week ago, a viewer told me about the Twitch Animation Contest . It seems to be an promo by Twitch to encourage animators to stream more on their platform.
Since I already stream on Twitch frequently, I've decided to go for it! There is a grand prize, and I think I have a small chance!
So I've temporarily paused work on Gildedguy vs Bog, at least until February 24th (the contest deadline).
This is good news, since you guys get an extra animation squeezed out of me!
I'm now well underway working on "Invincibility Knight".
It's going to be a 60 second short featuring a costumed up Gildedguy running through a video-game world. I'm taking heavy inspirations from classic platformers (Sonic the Hedgehog, Super Mario).
The theme of the contest is "Game Over", so I hope my little spin on the theme wins over the judges and the people's vote.
