Howdy all.
I would love to share with you some progress on the Falcomaster pilot, which is still in PRE-production. That is, I haven't begun pumping out any assets that will appear in the final product. This is because planning out the story is very important, and must be accomplished first.

Good news is that the script + dialogue has been drafted up: 44 pages in total. I spent the past 2 weeks drawing out a scene-by-scene, line-by-line, storyboard for the entire thing to nail down the timing of the episode.

Over 1200 panels!
What I found (by my rough estimates) was that I wrote a lot of content.
About 1.5 hours worth of reading material. Not even including the playable fight scenes, which tack on another 10-15 minutes of game-play.

So I am very glad I took the time to translate my script into an animated storyboard. I had no idea I was writing a feature length film worth of plot!
I wanted episodes to be 20-40 minutes in length. I may end up splitting what I've got so far into 2 episodes, while chopping out unnecessary content. This is a common practice anyways, where a series will open with 2 episodes back-to-back.
Either way, more content for you guys! What a nice surprise.

My next step is to segment the story into 2 episodes and bookend the episodes properly. I'll have to then finish planning the battle scenes (90% done). May need to get some feedback after that.
Then actual PRODUCTION begins! My inner animator is itching to act out these characters.

It'll be fun to see it all come together.
