Announcing Story #6: Gildedguy vs Oxob

 I am proud to officially announce that the next animation will be: 

Story #6 - Gildedguy vs Oxob

Oxob3000 (Johannes) is a seasoned animator in the stick fight world who has already dueled many other characters in his own stories. Not only producing his own original content, he has also been animating for the esteemed Alan Becker on the popular Animator vs Animation series.

We frequent each others' live streams, and I have always been interested in animating his fighter's simple, yet powerful, electric fists. This will be a focused story, between these two warriors. But expect additional characters to appear in the animation as well.

A lot of you guys already guessed this project was coming, and I have gotten a massive head-start on the production on Twitch.

Oxob was thrilled to see his character teased at the end of GG & the Green-Eyed Cowboy, so I hope you are excited too.

Regular Streaming - Spoilers and All

The project is now in production. So for the next 5 months, my goal will be to pump out key frames the best I can. Nearly 2 minutes/month of animation is an aggressive timeline, but I've learned some new art tricks from Story 5. 

One new thing we're trying is streaming the whole animation process, regardless of spoilers.

In the previous project, I went into internet hiding for many weeks since I wanted to keep the story details secret. I found this to be quite demotivating artistically, as well as un-engaging for you guys.

This time we'll be more open. I'll be sure to properly tag my streams with spoiler warnings, in case you are concerned.

Less Cave Work - More Open Workshop

This policy is going to apply to Patreon update posts as well. I'm gonna try to document and be more open with the animation process as I go along during the project, instead of waiting until the very end.
