Tokyo Police HQ and the Interpol teamed up in order to capture the infamous gangs of Lupin and Cat's Eye. They sent the beautiful special investigator Mitsuko Asatani and the detective Koichi Zenigata to the place where the two gangs announced their new combined heist.
