Saturday 18th July weekly update

I am itching to get back to weight training πͺπΌ
When things are βnormalβ I am used to training weights 6days a week !
Other than that I believe you guys enjoyed the bikini stretch yesterday π€ΈββοΈ.
So will aim to post more videos like that :)
