A comparison between the Tribit Stormbox Micro vs Vifa City. Please.

You need to use the sub as “master” and connect the other speakers to it. Back then I plugged a Bluetooth receiver into the sub and led a splitter cable to the other speakers. Minirig also offers the right splitter cable, although with all these cables it’s not the most portable solution. Also the loudness between sub and speakers cannot be controlled well, therefore you should get the best results by using Minirigs

Hi Oluv. Been watching your videos for a couple of years already. Anyway is possible to use the minirig sub with 3rd party speakers? Coz i connected it to a vifa oslo and it doesnt play when i play the oslo via bt. Only does when its connected via aux. I saw a video u made long time ago combining the sub with other speakers and it worked. Any idea how to make it work?

How is the connection, Elwin? I've just ordered a 1.1 after much deliberation. Might stretch to either a 2.1 or 2.2 at some point, but the multiple reviews mentioning connection issues worries me.

Ok, thanks for the answer re the EQ.

I usually use them laying flat. When facing them towards me I don’t readjust the EQ though.

Nice review! Surprised that the mini 2 isn't that much of an improvement in most areas. Maybe they have roughly reached the limits of this design. Could you at some point post a screenshot of your MR3 Eq settings with the drivers facing the listener? I usually listen to them like that, as, like you say, the treble gets reduced too much with the drivers facing upwards.

Nice too see a new topic of these again, i always wondered how the sub 3 sounded specially considering how much sound and power improvements it got aginst the ver2. The video seemed cut at end but as for now i am looking for your upcoming videos, and stay safe hope you get better in the future.

Minirigs is definitely the best choice if you look for portability, durability, great battery life and the most important factor: true sound. They (I have 2xMR3) really sound incredible and huge. But buy 2 of them, otherwise it’s too mono imo.

Awesome👍
