JBL Flip 6 - GG vs TL
Added 2021-12-19 22:38:47 +0000 UTCThere has been lots of discussion about different versions of the same JBL speakers claiming this one was better than the other one. I was also asked which version my Flip 6 was and to check how much my GG version really differs from a TL version I wanted to hear it by myself and share my findings with you. As Mediamarkt has them both in stock I simply took one TL unit home to compare it directly to my own GG unit also doing some measurements of both.
Although to my surprise the difference is not night and day because some videos on Youtube would suggest differently, sometimes the small differences can have a big impact on the overall perception of sound.
