Futa Mode- Beta 4

I think this will be the last beta for the futa mode. Almost everything in place.
The only things missing are the revised hardcore endings and the muscle tales futafication. I will make futa versions of those 20 pictures and a new fanfic. I will do this together with the Jane mode.
