Early designs

Alright, I was doing some cleanup in the files, making new goals and reviewing the enormous To-Do list. And I found this, the first designs for the game. I did this way before the start of this Patreon page. I am posting this just for curiosity sake. And because I am moving those images to the eternal limbo.
As you can see, the art style is pretty different, more cartoon. I tried to make something more western, serious looking. But in the end, I found it would be better to stick to my hybrid drawing style everybody knows. Cute Penny is awesome!
I will make another post in some minutes with the release plans for the 5th Beta. I think this way, releasing Betas with new features e design corrections is the fastest and best way to work. You can see how the work is proceeding and I can receive feedback and validate the features in a faster fashion. Neat-o!

This is actually very cool seeing you work with a different style like this. And some of these designs are really good, Liara and shaved-head Shepherd especially. Though obviously the more traditional style you went with in the end is working out extremely well, so I'd say it was ultimately a good decision to go that route.
