What's Missing

I should have posted this some days ago but I wanted to confirm some details first. This is the list of the things I need to do to complete the game, the main campaign. The game grow a lot since the first beta, I believe it got 3 times bigger at least.
I separated in two areas, graphics and text. The text are the dialogue lines, questions and replies, the story itself.

Yep, it's a lot of stuff. Most of these items are already designed and with layout done. I inserted them in the list because I didn't reviewed them yet, the graphics for the second act for example. We did change the clothes a lot.
I added the Muscle Burst Sequence (MBS) animations, and as you noticied with Lima's samples from the previous posts, it's a lot of arts. I never did something animated that long. Just for Lima, I counted around 60 frames. Then, around of 400 frames will be necessary to acomplish that with all characters.
And we have the rest, the bio files and the FMG reports, which will show the muscle growth from 0. The ending will contain special graphics with the characters of the game, for example, all the characters in a single scene. I wanted to make something exclusive for each character, for example, if you romance Bali with your role marked as Pimp. But again, this would increase the nimber of tasks. But we can return to that later.
That's why I am avoiding to give dates. If I see if something can be improved, I go there and redo that little thing until I get it right. Then I look back and I realize I should have done something else. It's hard to manage something with so many parts.
And That's why I chose to release more Betas. This way I can move in small bursts and you guys can play and enjoy something until the completion. I am now working to release the 5th Beta which will include most part of of extra section, more buttons, more events on ACT 2. And fixes. Lots of adjustment here and there.
Ah! And I come with the idea for the 1st reward plan. Basicly, all the patrons who supported me from 6 months and on, will get a credit to choose any comics from my store. I plan to give monthly credits. The details I will reveal soon by personal messages.
The 2nd reward plan is a large panel with only original characters from the Patrons. But it must be from the Mass Effect Universe. So I expect to see a lot of Asari, Quarians and humans in there. We will have the characters and brief description below. Again I will reveal the details soon.
I want to reward everyone for all this help, I just need to figure out how to do this without hurting the game development.

2016-02-19 12:18:12 +0000 UTCI had to shutdown my comic store because I didn't find a reasonable payment gateway yet. But I am still looking. The game's code is pratically completed, it needs the text and graphics now. About another artist, well, it would be expensive and we would have another issue, the new artist would to mimic my style. Then I would have to review and adjust things. The development may be too advanced to change things now. Believe me, I would love a extra pair of hands, but I really don't know if it would increase or keep the quality of the graphics. About the panel, yeah, it maight not be a good idea at all. I studying another reward plan, sketch arts. But I need to set the rules and details first.

It's already been said many times before, both here and in previous comments sections, but absolutely take as much time as you need. As the list (and previous betas) shows, this is all a very big undertaking, especially for one person, but you've been doing absolutely fantastic work so far and the stuff we've seen and played have definitely been worth it. And just having these weekly updates is great, as they give us all something to look forward to in the short term, regardless of how long the overall game might take to complete. And although I'd say you're already rewarding us more than enough as it is just by making this awesome game in the first place and keeping us all up to date on it (not to mention the equally excellent Patreon pictures too), that sounds like a nice little bonus with the comics credit. But I'm sure it's certainly not something that anyone here would want you to interrupt or impact the development of your game in any way for, so don't put too much priority on it if that start looking like it might be the case. Again, we're already getting rewarded on an often more-than-weekly basis as it is, so just keep up the great work and we'll be here to support you. :)

Yeah, new scenes are great, and yeah, making new graphics is a pain in the ass, but did you ever consider maybe hiring a second programmer? Well, as a patreon-goal maybe. And about your panell idea. Ehhhhh. I don't know, A single panel with a shit load of random OC characters will be really crowded, and not everybody would want to change their characthers' design patterns in order to fit better, so that's obviously not gonna be okay for some people. You sure that just doing individual panels for individual characters is a no-no?

Don't worry about it, I can add them as much as possible. The only problem is the graphics, it would be nice every scene have something exclusive, nice to see. I am using this pattern, every event must have a new graphics, something new. The panel will be a collection of original characters of the Patrons. Since I am working fulltime on the game, i can't work on others things. But I am studying about releasing pages as it get finished instead grouping them together later. And I will publish it on the patreon.

Really wish there were more role events, as you've said. I do like the idea of receiving credits for supporting you, and using the credits to get, like, perks. Or something. Never knew you had comics though lol. Not exactly sure what you mean by a "large panel" tho. Do you mean, like a comission pic for free? Oh yea and you're da best, thnx
