Yep, the exact word is tuning, it needs a bit more of tuning and some extra frames here and there. I am working on that right now, my idea was to a use a different kind of animation, i think it just needs more polishing. And for the sex scene/fatality, yep, it will save me more time, but I will use the chance to make more frames instead.

Horns! That's certainly a good way of having her look monstrous without going too over-the-top and having her look super ugly or not like herself anymore. And it's cool having the different coloured serum be visible in the hypo before she injects herself with it too, that's a nice little detail. I love the "back and forth" method for her muscle growth, it gives it a sense of power and possibly being a little unstable. It looks especially good in the fourth part of her growth, and the fifth one too, though I can see what some people are saying about the difference between the size she is in some of the frames making it look a bit like the game is stuttering rather than that she's growing. I think a lot of that probably comes from the last two parts, especially the very last big of growth where she gets really big really fast, even compared to how big she already is by that point. But the idea and the effect itself I still think are good, it just might need a little more fine-tuning. Sounds good having the dildo idea be both a potential sex scene and fatality too, that should help streamline things a bit and at least save you from having to draw too many extra frames for the both of them. With how big she ends up in this scene you've already drawn a lot as it is! XP

the fast pace growth for each stage kinda loses the touch for me. the way the other girls grew looks more classy

Yeah, the animation twitching is a bit too much, you may want to tone it down or keep it like how you did the growth for the other girls. The good and bad ending for this scene sounds good. You may want to change her hair color for the longer hair younger version.

It's a great start but I think it needs between 1 & 3 extra frames, especially on the later stages so it doesn't look like the game is stuttering. Also, I'd recommend adding some extra facial expressions for the last couple of stages, like she's pushing her limits or straining against the transformation. Also still holding out for the extra growth between sex scene stages when she's using shep as a dildo.

It's a little bit jerky, kind of like a strobe light. I don't mind the back and forth but I feel like it could be a little bit smoother.

I like it but Malavoc is right. The effect you used looks a bit tad too much. The breathing animation fits her very well.

The concept of the jerking is good, but it has WAY too much stuttering as it is. If it were just the muscles twitching and bulging it might look better, but right now it looks like it is lagging. Also, for the younger version, you might want to change her hair color too? It would do more to separate her from the older and monstrous versions.
