September goodie bag sticker and all of the warm-ups

Hi guys!

I bring you a pile of warm-ups, thumbnails and sketches that let to the creation of the September goodie bag sticker. Some of them are completely unrelated to the theme, but I they helped me out in warming up to the more creative task, so I thought it would be only fair to include them~

With the photo studies out of the way, it came the time for the more painful step - thumbnailing. The first page of the thumbnails was a total disaster. My hand was barely warmed up and it would take me a few more pages to finally start feeling like I was in control of my own hands.

With the three pages of thumbnails, I found only two ideas resonating with me in the end. So I put it up to a vote on discord~

Option B won the vote! IT will be an overall composition and idea for the print in the September goodie bag~
With this out of the way, I began to work on the idea for the sticker, and got a few attempts on bringing one of them into a bigger size.

It took all the pages above to finally get my hand and mind warmed up enough and work on the sticker for real. It is almost like my capacity to bring the idea into fruition is on a dimmer, slowly being turned up while I refuse to settle on the execution that just doesn't feel quite right. This was my last attempt~ I'm really happy how it came out 🔥 The inside of the lettering will be shiny! I hope you'll like it!
