Starting Today... NEW patrons will be charged up front

New patrons will be charged the day they become a patron, then on the 1st of the month going forward.
I've noticed that some people are signing up in the middle or end of the month, watching previous movies, then deleting their pledge. Therefore, I'm not receiving anything. I DID have it set up where patrons were only charged on the 1st of each month, but due to this recent problem, I'm changing it to nEW patrons paying upfront. After the initial (upfront) charge it will go back to the first of each month.
I feel this is only fair and I hope you can understand.

2021-09-24 11:23:13 +0000 UTCYouβve done the right thing. I upgraded my pledge I think last September 6th and was surprised that it wasnβt deducted outright from my account; that it will be deducted on October 1st; I felt that should not be the case. I support this announcement of yours β€οΈ
