As a Brit (I now live in the US, have done for 20 years), Princess Diana was truly amazing. The ending, of her driving off with her sons, thatโs all anyone that loved her at the time wanted for her. That was supposed to be her happy ending.

Diana tried to call off the wedding to Charles a few times the week of the wedding. Her Majesty the Queen said that was out of the question, because the towels and China had already been ordered.
