Though find it interesting how she claimed that humanity had changed even after a thousand years despite the fact that from what was presented so far. It had changed because she had changed from what was seemingly constantly failing them

As when you hide too many things from someone, get someone else to attempt to kill them, then get that person turned to stone. Demon is a reasonable thing to be called their actions do not match with their words and once trust is lost it very hard to gain back again.
