To answer your one question, the voice actor for Aang was 12 in Book 1, Katara's voice actress was 17, and Sokka's voice actor was 18. Prince Zuko's voice actor is Dante Basco, who also played as the leader of the lost boys, Rufio, in Hook. He was 30 at the time. Iroh's voice actor is Mako, who was in the Conan Barbarian Movies, and voiced Aku in Samurai Jack, was 72 at the time.
