Fun fact this show was originally gonna be about rejected character designs who never got chosen to be in an actual cartoon and are in a prison of sorts (kinda like cartoon limbo), which is why they're all different animation styles. Though cartoon network thought that was too sad and dark, so gumball was created with the same artistic choice of having different animation styles
