I'm massively late to write this, but I think this is actually one of the most important episodes of A:TLA. The reason why, is because this is the first time in the story that we see that Fire Nation people can be good people, and that people who fight against the Fire Nation can be bad or even straight-up evil. (Because, after all, if genociding an entire town isn't evil, I don't know what is.)
