Patreon Updates
- I have unpublished all tiers except for Student, the lowest tier. A few reasons for this:
- Week 5 of The Night Muse will be the end of my journey with this story. I plan on releasing that later this year. It will include an Epilogue that connects this story with The Fairy Prince, my other "magical guy" story.
- I've finished adding the Custom Characters to the game. Thank you to all members of the Muse tier—past and present—for supporting this game.
- Regarding "Alpha updates" for the Professor and Muse tiers, well, that never really happened. I learned the hard way that I plan long, work long, and drop everything on a random Wednesday. That said, I've moved the "Discussions" perk to the Student tier.
- If you are still a member of the unpublished tiers, you might want to consider changing your support to the Student tier, which is cheaper.
Story Updates
- Once I upload the fifth and final installment of The Night Muse, the story belongs to you. Share this game however you wish. Expand the story if you'd like.
- I have worked on this story since late 2021, and I have loved every moment. But as we near the end of the in-game semester, and the story/code has surpassed 330,000 words, I feel that I've done what I aspired to do: tell a story about sex, love, friendship, and how truly magical it is to be gay.
- Before I release the final update, please consider adding your name (or alias) to the Credits post. I want to credit you. This game wouldn't exist without you.
For the Future
Now my questions for you:
- The next installment will include Christmas, and thus gifts for your loved ones. What would you get for your favorite romance partner (or any/all of them)? Don't worry about how you'd get the item on Jericho Key—Magpies always find a way. It can be sweet, funny, or sexy ideas.
- What sort of scenes are you wanting to see? Is there a pairing you want to see bang, or a character you want to see from a different angle (Conrad bottoming, sex with "Ezra", etc.)?
- Do you want some "extreme" options for scenes? For instance, if you have high Domination, the option to do something with very questionable consent, and the same for the reverse: if you have high Restoration, the option to be ruined with questionable consent. I can easily imagine options for the other three disciplines, but I'm open to ideas.
- And then anything else! I would love to hear from you, even if it's just to chat about the story so far.

Just going through each guy one by one or even multiple at a time, having the user choose which role they wanna be so that everyone gets to experience every single guy we've met along the way at the dorms

For instance, if you're romancing Clay with an affectionate angle, then the sweet gift could unlock a tender moment. But if you get him a leash and collar, or whatever, well then—you get the picture. Your dubcon and "bad ends" ideas are also great. After all of the chaos at the academy, I can definitely see the MC having his "fuck it" moment and running rampant. Lots to consider!

I had a few pieces right, like I expected both Clay and PJ to have been involved in the plot somehow, but I was dead wrong about how, and it was so interesting to get some hints of in the last drop. The entire concept and execution of the trials was wickedly hot, but genuinely it was the aftercare and character scenes afterwards which really hooked me. And I love the way this game weaves in your choices throughout each week. Genuinely one of the coolest things I’ve seen in the gay queer erotica game niche. Getting to see this story develop over the last few years has been such a delight and I’m so grateful to you for putting it together and sharing it with us! For Christmas gifts, I really like the idea of having a sweet gift and a sexy gift for each character? Like, a sweet gift that tells us more about the character in question (like a sculpting kit for Clay), or a hot gift that delves further into a kink (like a paddle for Max). For scenes that I would love, honestly anything where the dominators are being pushed into submitting. The scenes where Clay is dominated have been so hot and I’d love to see them taken farther. And for Conrad to get the same treatment. Also, I’ve had an eye on Keelin since he was introduced, because he clearly wants to join in (and get wrecked), and I’d love to see him get to have that. Finally, I’d love to have more extreme scenes and scenes that really lean into dubious consent, given the premise of the different powers. Maybe something like possessing Junior and making him use Nelson harder than he ever has, or helping Griffin manipulate his brother into chilling out with the help of some mindmelting orgasms. I also really want to echo minibw and say that I’d adore some “bad ends” for the characters to encounter. You know, maybe Clay gets pushed too far away from the Dominator path and gets kept as a submissive stud by the protagonist or a Restorer like Sawyer. Or maybe Max fails out, and gets kept as a toy by the protagonist or Conrad. This is all probably more than you wanted, but I just really wanted to gush about how much I’ve loved this game!

I would legit read a seven-book series of this universe. All the sexy times are great, so I am all for extreme scenarios that play into the nuances of each vigor. Honestly though, my favorite scenes are those romantic moments with your chosen love interest because there is something so sexy about how each one expresses just how much they are actually into you. Clay is my man, so if I was choosing a gift, I would want it to be something that alludes to his provider personality that we saw in the vision of our possible future. He likes to build, etc. Something like that. Basically a gift that is a bit more personal than our last gift. But really, I am more than happy with whatever you do because you put so much thought and dedication into it that I can be nothing but grateful. Thank you again for such an amazing (and sexy) experience!

Once again, there’s too many amazing scenes to talk about the all, but I’ll touch on some of my highlights. The way the frequent weird dreams almost felt like they were blurring into reality was excellently creepy, and really ratcheted up the tension over the week. The trials were super hot! I loved mindfucking Sawyer into thinking we were outside, about to get caught. And breaking open Clay’s hole is one my favourite scenes from any week 🔥🔥 The new vault scenes were great - I especially loved Corey and Declan as the tag-teaming Dominator friends. It’s a hot and fun dynamic that contrasts beautifully with the more competitive Dominators in Milo’s time. I love Greta’s style of fun (it doesn’t hurt that Graham is a stud). Glad to see more of Jackson - fucking him was another one of my favourite scenes! In terms of of scenes I’d like to see in the last instalment: * I definitely want to see Conrad bottom * I’d love to get a chance to properly dominate Astor. He’s grown on me, and I’ve enjoyed his scenes so far, but I still really want to put him through his paces 😈 (and maybe indulge his kinks along the way) * More scenes with Jackson! It’d be great to see what two magpies can get up to together, especially now that he’s a bit less standoffish. * I love all the romance scenes, and can’t wait to see more of them. Max remains my favourite, but Sawyer, Sammy, and Ahmed are no far behind ♥️ (Israel is sweet too, but I think he’s too much of a top for me) * Nico needs all the hugs

If there's a game I could make next, it would be an erotic historical fantasy. Kings, knights, spies, servants, and so forth. In the same vague world of TNM and TFP, but 500 years prior or something. I also think it would be entirely text-based, and more of a sandbox experience. But that's just fancy thinking, for now.

I somehow remember that in the past you were thinking of maybe doing future years maybe with a different cast and lead character and some returning characters, but it might be a false memory. But more in general, is there something like that or another game in the planning? :) (no pressure)

Been looking forward to facing off Clay in the trials and those scenes were all incredible! All of your ideas for the next update sound great, but I'm especially excited for the Christmas event. I think Halloween has been my favorite overall story segment, so another holiday event sounds lovely. As far as ideas for new scenes, I also like the idea of dominating the dominators. I'm also curious to see if/how the frats make an appearance at the end of the semester. All that to say, amazing work on the Night Muse so far! I've really enjoyed discovering your work and watching it evolve and I can't wait to see how you wrap it all up!

I'd also like to romance Clay where he learns to be a bottom domination like that other guy wanted to be. Would also love if Astor became a proper love interest, the guy really grew on me. I'm all for extreme options, won't turn down more content one of my favourite things about this game is how much replay ability it has
