2023-04-06 17:29:53 +0000 UTCYou asked about Avatar being cartoon or anime. Sine it's a western production, most people consider it a cartoon. But the storytelling is clearly very inspired by anime. However, Avatar does have a very episodic storytelling as well, where every episode has one storyline that is usually resolved at the end of that episode, which feels less like anime. So I think overall it's somewhere in the middle.
