You should watch movie one, Equestria Girls, immediately after the finale of Season 3. Most of the EQG movies either take place after a big event, or during one in the main MLP story. One additional, you should totally listen to "Run to Break Free" and "Welcome to the show" if you want vibe differences. Let it Rain is also great
