2023-09-30 00:19:46 +0000 UTCngl, I fell for their misdirects hook line and sinker...I had to watch the final scene of the episode twice before I understood what I was looking at. They did such a good job of drawing us away from Pearl's ability to shapeshift (I mean, she *says* that every Gem can do it...but she never does. I suppose this was probably why...) and gave us eyewitness and stories about it that just...took it out of the realm of possibility for me. Of course, on rewatch...the clues are EVERYWHERE. So happy to see you two watch this!
