Love how logical the outgrowth of Steven’s powers are. Gems are supercomputers, and Diamonds can astral project, so Diamonds in emotional distress project a field that interferes with electronics. We finally know why the record scratched when Greg yelled at Rose.

I think it’s kinda funny that the peridot episode predicted some of the fandoms response to su future as a whole, with how peridot spoke about the CPH reboot. We get to see more of the struggles Steven’s coping with too! All very interesting and it’s kicking up. You guys really analyzed things with Pearl well at the end too. It was nice seeing you guys break everything down.

You can definitely see the change in Pearl now that she isn’t living under the weight of the Big Lie, but there’s also some insight from her line in Independent Together from the movie, “Nothing is holding me back now.” No secrecy or servitude, she’s just her fully realized free self now.
