I don't know if you guys remember, but this episode was forshadowed back in 'Irrational Treasure". Remember President Trembly's recorded speach? "The only thing we have to fear, is giant man-eating spiders!" Codes this episode decoded: SOOS, LIKE A NOBLE GOLDEN RETRIEVER, EVENTUALLY FOUND HIS WAY HOMEWARD, AND BEFRIENDED A TALKING BULLDOG AND SASSY CAT ALONG THE WAY (A refference to 'Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey') CARLA MCCORKLE RETURNED ALL HIS FLOWERS MARILYN DIVORCED HIM AFTER ONLY SIX HOURS BEATRICE SLAPPED HIM FOR BEING A CAD OLD GOLDIE'S THE BEST GIRLFRIEND STAN EVER HAD Fan theory suggests Marilyn was in fact Eda from 'The Owl House'. Stan (in character) explains in the DVD commentary of the series that the pair met in Las Vegas, had a night on the town, got a quick marrage cerimony, and then she stole all his stuff and his car to make her escape. He says the cops tracked her to a canyon and recovered his car, but the rest of his stuff and 'Marilyn' were never found. Implying Eda/Marilyn disappeared back to her reality.
