It is actually his more recent work. Whole Swimming is vibe man, with different smooth instruments. The last album Circles is basically follow-up to this on and makes it basically Swimming in Circles double album. Both great, would love to see your reaction to all those songs. Cheers

I agree. Tiny desk needs to happen. And more songs (or better yet, album reviews!) from swimming, circles, and I’d even toss in faces too. But swimming and Circles are for sure. They’re masterpieces. Mac doesn’t give you crazy bars and schemes and shit like that, but he paints crazy pictures and gives you insane emotions throughout those albums and takes the listener on a wild ride.

Swimming is a great album. The whole album is this type of vibe. His old music is usually brighter and more "fun". His newer music is deeper and has more meaning, but isn't really party music (for the most part). I loved both sides of him!
