Release 1.12 ready

So 1.12 is out. Main differences are optimizations and free aiming spells. Other smalled fixes are about improved droppers for monsters in levels and mayhem, it should make more sense. Improved monster strategy for some spell casters and there is also shortcut on keys 's' and 'd' (seduce action on selected monster and most dominance rewarding action on the same. - Added free flying effects (not only orthogonal, but any direction)
- Memory and startup optimizations for data objects (usually spared 200MB)
- Memory and startup optimization for image data (usually spared 800MB)
- Removed some rarely used field effects to reduce memory consumption
- Improved strategy of spellcasters, should be more interesting now
- Shortcut keys for seduce (s) and max dominance action (d) to be applied to monster selected in left panel
- Improved monster drops for mayhem, should be more reasonable now for progression and challenges and heterogeneous monsters

- In case anybody gets bodyfied then growing or shrinking will have consequences
- Updated strategies so bodyfied monsters would react on their new form
- Added footjob action as example of generic action so new actions may be added into content. It is available to Doriana.
- Fixed few animal body form issues

Patreon version:
- Added conventions to effects so spells for monsters may be created more easily, see manual. I will use this for simplification of current content and more interesting effects.
- Generic actions to allow to add new actions (with animations)
- Reworked structure of level loaders it is easy to edit percentages of items and monsters. Should allow to readjust it to your taste.

Known issues:
- Frog girl still seems to jump off board sometimes, but less than before
- NPE in case of game finished by entering exit without link
- Repetitive pregnancy in case of multiple (hard to reproduce, many interactions)
