I like thinking of rappers likes having RPG like stats; when it comes to hard hitting bars from the point of punchlines, doubles/triples, etc. I wouldn't rate squabblz crazy high. But he's "not that type of rapper" imo. He does have some ok punchlines, but to me he "sounds" the best. Like when it comes to just hearing them, squabblez sounds better to me compared to porter. His cadence, flow, rhyme schemes, syllable placement, breath control, etc is better than porter (not saying porter isn't good in these categories though). But porter obviously stomps him in pure bars.
