Technically yes, but the case is probably you paid for something that went public in a couple of hours anyway, because my last CC went live on the 8th. That's not fair either, so I refunded you! "Once a refund is issued it can take up to 5 – 7 business days to process." Please let me know if you don't see the change after a week!! ^^
