The irony being that government runoff of religion is pretty much the same as any other government historically neither better nor worse. Modern prohibition against the idea mainly comes from Hollywood and remnants of anti-Catholicism.

I suggest you watch it again after you finish the series - you'll get a totally different feeling. I also suggest rewatching the whole series in the future - believe me, you'll notice so many more details once you have the whole picture

2025-09-16 13:53:19 +0000 UTCWhen hange and Levi were watching Eren struggle with his Titan, part of that was left out of the anime. They were running experiments to see how many times Eren could consecutively transform. When he tried, his titan started getting weaker and deformed more each time.
