Especially el maestro Rokkaku always tries to reduce it's appearance (what is highly appreciated). Therefore, you cannot blame the artist. It doesn't make any sense. Moreover, as for this one specifically, Shimakaze cowgirl, u gonna find what u're looking for using any available reverse image search site, spending less than 1 minute of ur time — I'm confident because I made them. Yea, personally I give a damn, whatever glob-goverment is saying, trying to impose their restrictions and make people obey, i don't care, but this is my own choice. And I completely understand why the artist doesn't post it. One more thing: in most cases, a donation is not meant to "unlock" uncensored versions of illustrations. A donation is simply a way to say "thank you" to the author. This is how it works on platforms like Fanbox, Fantia, etc.

Some authors do publish uncensored contents on fanbox through third party storage service, but they are taking the risk of violating the law and the user rule. I don't think it's appropriate to blame creators for not violating the rule.
