Just to comment on something you mentioned in the reaction, the original phrase is โthe blood of the covenant (friends and chosen family) is thicker than the water of the womb (bio family)โ. It got simplified somewhere down the line so people think blood represents family and water represents friends, but that might help explain why the subtitles / Korean phrasing has it in reverse? Just a guess! (EDIT: This might actually be at the end of Ep. 10 and not for this set of reactions, I did briefly go back lol.)
