CRITTER CREATION- A forest predator

Do humans eat the 'Animals'?" got that from google with some editing to avoid copyright. ;3 but I'd say yes personally, humans do eat "the animals".

This reminds me of one of my favorite book series called 'The Magic of Xanth'. It is set in a fantasy world filled with all sorts of magic (and puns). In that world, there really are such things as meat pie bushes. Something to consider!

there are several dishes out there that look and smell like meat but are totally vegie based. also the idea of a meat tree/bush like in digimon is silly

But on a plus side there was a scene were a once proud sphinx was forced to milk kobolds to survive as kobolds were the only race that was partly magic resistant ^^

Reminds me of a dark German fantasy writer that split fantasy races into carnivores and herbivores (orks eat elves etc...) the Herbivores won the battle for a god level wish and "magically" stopped everyone from consuming meat .. turned apocalyptic and super dark as realistic consequences followed

Id say they can live of fruits and things but some less kind critters just straight up eat littler ones xD otherwise the wild wouldn't exactly be somewhere to worry about for any of them

You could always have real animals around as a lesser being to feed on. Make them completely feral.

Maybe lesser organisms... unless you wanted to have a villain character who wants to nom our heroes :P
