Manga studio
Added 2015-04-03 06:03:47 +0000 UTCI rely so much on Manga Studio to draw my perspective backgrounds cuz of it's special ruler. If you wish to know about MS's perspective ruler you can check it out at youtube. There's over a dozen tutorial there.
