Part of why I’m making this is because I don’t feel comfortable with people on YouTube begging for requests and honestly, I’d rather not put my body up for nasty people there. People have been really crude on there People are like “you never gain, you’re ugly af, you’re a slob”. I can’t because I have to do it healthier, at least for right now. So going to use these towards the healthier gains. Even if it’s not as fast as people who chug milk, or pound burgers. I’m at least gaining and that’s what this page is about. Every contribution helps ❤️
