I have a theory that 4 of the 5 actually do have Elemental Powers and the 4 that do are the original users of the OG 4 Ninjas Powers: Fire, Earth, Lightning, and Ice. It would follow a similar way to how Nya’d was the first ever Elemental Water User given they are ancient to even before they most people were born. Now with Nokt I don’t believe he actually has powers at all and thus sought out a different kind of power and eventually created his own power which would eventually be Shatterspin who he taught to his fellow siblings. It would also make sense Nokt not having an elemental power because he clearly stated that “He Finally Has The Powers He Deserves” which is very telling. Why wouldn’t he say just “The Power I Deserve” he said “Powers” which wouldn’t really matter except he’s an Elemental Master already so for someone to have an element already he wouldn’t need to say Powers. Now this is 100% theories of mine but I found that line very telling like he felt like he deserved powers similar to how Arin said he wants his own powers so in a way Nokt and Arin have a sort of connection. By both teaching themselves their own Powerful Martial Art out of jealousy.
