Yeah that's what I don't really love about this finale, to almost all the ninja, the events of Skybound never happened, but Ninjago is intended for kids but I definitely wouldn't say its a kids show considering some of scenes throughout the show aren't really meant for kids but an on screen death would've probably put the show in danger since a kid seeing their favourite ninja die would be somewhat traumatic so I understand why they would've had to change it slightly so it would be more kid friendly

2023-10-14 08:42:15 +0000 UTCYup next up is day of the departed and to be honest probably one of the weaker forms of Ninjago storytelling because of how rushed it felt but that was expected since day of the departed was supposed to be season 7 and a cole focused season for 2017 but they ultimately scrapped it and just made it a 45 minute speical and wrote a new outline and story for season 7 while the Ninjago Movie was getting released around the same time. And the Ninjago movie was recived poorly by the Ninjago community due to the fact that it didn't follow the continuity of the show and was it's own orginal story. would be cool if you gave your reaction to the movie after season 7
