It made for a REALLY great experience and "AHA" moment when it clicked for me... and they even gave enough clues that you could put it together in episode 1 and then more in episode 2. I love when shows dont spoon feed everything to the audience, and since everyone I know understood the different timelines by episode 4 at the latest, I dont think its really detrimental to the show. Kinda like WW I guess. If you didnt really like them not making it crystal clear from the beginning, I get that. To each their own. But I loved it like this :D

2020-04-19 13:42:36 +0000 UTCI think you guys may have missed it. Its shown that yennefer's current story is in the past, seeing as King foltest is shown as a child at that ball. Geralt's current story is also in the past but closer to the present but not quite the present like ciri is. Geralt and yennefer age differently due to magic

2020-04-11 07:40:29 +0000 UTCJust try to remember when Ciri, the little girl is the focus of a scene then it is happening in the present. While if it’s following Geralt, that is set in the past. When you said those 2 kids look like the people from the picture. That’s because it was a flashback. The show should really do a better job of letting you know when things are taking place. Hopefully season 2 is a little less all over the place. Still a great show though!!
