As a person Floch is disgusting. I can understand his motives, even if they are wrong in the bigger picture. But my god, he is one of the best characters for this show. Never, a boring moment with him involved.

2021-03-08 18:36:39 +0000 UTCI’m anime only but I believe it’s just the fact that it’s Zeke’s spinal fluid is what gives it all the special properties. If it was any old Titan serum, they would transform immediately, I believe.
