Leather Tabby Bag Functional

I attempted to use the SDX bag as a base to make it functional for all because I didn't know my original bags were specific to a pack,which I think is either University or Eco Lifestyle, but you literally can't put anything in those bags that are custom or general. So I decided to stick to how my original bags work. Sorry to the base game babies.
- Can be placed in inventory and has a inventory it's self
- Multiple Swatches
- Requires University or EcoLifeStyle (THIS IS NOT FOR SURE THE CODING LITERALLY IS FROM A STORAGE CHEST FROM THE DORMS AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING FOR SOME SO IF IT DOESNT MY APOLOGIES)
