Received the book cover a few days ago and am not entirely happy with it. Told them I would work on it myself* this weekend, but could use some help.

So I'm looking for those with the appropriate skills willing to lend me their time, hands and creative spirit. Any volunteers?

Requirements

No need to be a graphic designer, but you MUST show proof of your graphical artistry. If you can, then send me a DM or email with said proof along with a CV (informal will do, I just want to know who you are and what you've done).

Process

I'll invite you to the Slack channel where everyone involved will discuss, brainstorm and give feedback. There, we will try to make this book cover justice - matching its quality to that of the content.

Rewards

If there are, I'm not advertising it, nor should there be any expectations thereof. But I am looking for talent and only hiring from the LG community** - and with everything set to come in the near future, graphical talent is needed (and paid for).

* "Them" being the company in charge of taking the book from Word to Amazon. I outsourced the new cover to them too as the old one wouldn't do (for reasons unrelated to its quality). I was simply too tired to play art director again.

** Found my new webmaster on LG Reddit and have kept him around ever since.
