Before-Afters for The Leangains Diet
Added 2018-06-23 20:15:36 +0000 UTCAssembling before-afters and testimonials for the book (clients). If there's any interest, a few before-afters from the LG community wouldn't hurt, I think.
I'd obviously note that these aren't clients but people who followed and applied my teachings to their diet and training.
If you would like to contribute your transformation and be featured in the book, please send me the following:
1. Before-after pictures of decent quality in tolerable lighting. Include before-after stats and length of diet. If you don't know exact stats, an informed guess will do.
2. A few lines on what you like about Leangains (the diet, training, philosophy, etc). These will appear below your picture.
3. No black boxes over eyes or similar. Make sure you're fine with that.
