I f you put all the infrastructure under the deck there is no need for an exhaust deflector. OCISLY and JRTI have no buildings on them either.

Nice work with the concept of the Platform. I would point out though that there are not many Aircraft carriers around the world that have their accommodation blocks on the flight deck.

The difference in colors suggests a difference in materials or manufacturing procedures. Either way it implies that there is a difference. This is no accident. Felix you have done their engineering for them. I don't see how the final version of the launch platform could be any different than what you proposed. Outstanding animation! When you showed the emergency escape system it became apparent to me that if you're going to fly on starship you will first have to attend a class in emergency evacuation. Learning how to get off that platform should not take place during an emergency and from a liability point of view you don't want anybody leaving the buildings to go outside unless they are first trained to be there. In other words the company from the beginning will be operating from a core of frequent fliers. They will all know each other if they don't already and the flyers will all consider themselves to be part of an exclusive group of people. That's something you can't get from an airline anymore.
