At the end of the day, I'm mostly using the Friday poll for stories that are either highly episodic or which I have an end in mind for that's short enough that they don't make sense to have as a long term ongoing story. It's more of a generalist poll I guess. If people enjoy the stuff that comes out of it, it might be fine?

2023-01-07 18:28:07 +0000 UTCThe Friday prompt poll might need a bit of a rethink, I'm pretty sure this week was the first time in over two months an original idea (though semi-sequel) won and it was explicitly because one of the more long term series got removed for winning too much.
