2023-05-26 22:42:07 +0000 UTCcase 143 really doesn't hit as hard in Japanese as it does in Korean like the flow and the rhyming and just the overall sound is a lot better in the original Korean version imo. But I get what you mean by not knowing if you really like it like that it takes some getting used to bc it is a little different from some of their other songs but it does grow on you and its catchy I catch myself singing parts of the chorus all the time

They cover some songs and do a different rendition of one of their songs. Lee Mujin has an amazing voice so I definitely think you will enjoy the watch. And even if you still feel the same about it later, that is completely okay!

Also Case 143 has a music video that i think you should check out because i think the music sounds fuller on the studio version so you might like it more? also the visuals and edits are insane and i think it will grow on you the more you hear it!! Even Seungmin said the song had to grow on him when he first heard it because of how different it was 😂

But I agree with you. I love how they performed it, how they had so much fun with playing around with the sound always makes me smile and makes me enjoy their music/sound even if I’m not a huge fan of the song at first. Lost me is a beautiful song, it really highlights their phenomenal vocals and song writing ability. Much love Nigel, your reactions are the best and I find myself always rewatching your content on here and YouTube

It's a song that gets me so hyped when it comes in. Also, I feel like you're getting why we are Stays. You seem like a stay to me

It's one of my favorite comeback's from them and I think you'll like it more than the japenese ver. No hate I'm just saying the korean version is more structured in my opinion.

And as far I know, both BTS and Stray Kids don't really have any songs to dislike. There may be some that aren't as good (in our opinion) as others, but they are ALL great.

As long as no one is getting torn down to filth it really shouldn't be too much of an issue, yk? I greatly value your honesty when it comes to the groups you listen to; it makes me respect you more. Sure sometimes I'm a lil salty at some of my fav songs not tickling your fancy, lol, but that's 1000% ok! Still love you! Also, the first take of CASE 143 is a different composition specifically FOR the first take show. Both the origional korean version of the song, and the origional Japanese version are different from this first take version. First Take music is often stripped back and/or remixed to better display their vocals, which bang chan does the rearranging for. Chan really recreates their tracks all the time for shows like this, or concerts, etc. I think you'd like the orgional case 143, but you also might not lol. It's very different; although I love it! I've noticed you definitely tend to gravitate more towards skzs more melodic or vocal heavy songs with strong msgs... which is fine! But their title tracks are often more SKZ - if you know what I mean lol. I still think you'll love it, ESPECIALLY THE MV 😂 You gotta watch that, too. Even when their songs are more hectic or beat heavy, their lyrics are 9 x outta 10 impactful to some degree.
